Code of Conduct

All employees are required to read and comply with the Code.
The purpose of the Code is to reaffirm the Company’s commitment to the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct in its business practices. The Code applies to all directors, officers, and employees of Whitford and its domestic and foreign subsidiaries. The Code serves to guide the actions of Whitford’s employees consistent with its company values. All Whitford employees are expected to adhere to the Code of Conduct and the highest standards of professionalism at all times.
